Colonial Hill offers 63 beautiful rental apartments (10 studio, 35 one bedroom, 11 two bedroom and 7 luxury two-bedroom apartments.)  Located in North Johnson City and overlooking the beautiful East Tennessee mountains, each includes:

• A beautiful appointed kitchen designed with stove, refrigerator/freezer, sink, garbage disposal, easy to reach cabinets and several kitchens have dishwashers.
• Full bathrooms with vanity, tub and shower with safety features.
• Generous walk-in closet with storage shelves.
• Smoke detectors and sprinkler system.
• French-style window door to private balcony.
• Individual controlled heat and air conditioning units. (Apartments are electric and individually metered.)
• Twenty-four-hour emergency call system in each apartment.

You may sign a lease at Colonial Hill or rent month-to-month.  There is no entry fee and no monetary obligation to be put on our waiting list.  It is as easy as requesting a tour and providing us with your phone number and address.  We will contact you when your requested floor plan opens up.  You may tell us if you are ready to make a move or if you just want to stay on the list until the next available apartment opens.  You may remain on the list at your convenience.
