Colonial Hill offers many amenities included in your monthly fee.  These include house activities, maintenance, weekly housekeeping, one meal a day, transportation two days a week, water, and trash pick-up. Safety is a priority at Colonial Hill.  Every apartment at the center has two-hour fire-rated walls, fire retardant doors and floors.  Every apartment has smoke alarms, sprinklers, and two emergency call lights.  We have staff available 24 hours a day 7 days a week at the center.
