 Partnering with the esteemed Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care affiliate, Activated Insights, we embarked on a journey to assess and elevate our workplace culture. The certification process involved surveying 100% of our employees and evaluating over 60 elements of their experience on the job. These included factors such as employee pride in our organization’s community impact, belief in the meaningfulness of their work, and the sense of purpose they derive from their contributions. 

Rankings were determined solely based on our employees’ experiences, emphasizing our commitment to inclusivity, and recognizing the value of everyone’s perspective, regardless of their role within the organization.
