Dear Partners,

As many of you are aware, we have had a long-standing bonus program in place for many partners throughout the organization called PIE (Partner’s Incentive for Excellence). It was paid based upon certain company benchmarks and goals, as well as each location’s performance. We are currently in the process of updating the criteria for the program to best reflect our current goals and objectives for all segments of our business. We anticipate announcing the details of this plan in early 2025.

As we transition to a new plan, it is vital that we recognize the tremendous role you play in our success. We are pleased to announce a special, one-time bonus payment for 2024. This bonus will include partners who traditionally participated in PIE, as well as many who did not. Partners hired on or before September 12, 2024, will receive a bonus, paid as “Bonus Pay”, on the check to be received on December 17, 2024. Partners with the greatest longevity will be rewarded for that commitment to NHC. Your contributions to NHC, its patients and residents are invaluable. It is our hope that this special payment will be a blessing to you and your family during this Christmas season.
