Dear Partners,

It is so great to see some relief for so many of you in the midst of the ongoing recovery in our community. With power almost fully restored in our area and children returning to school we are now at normal operations within the center. We ask that you are now in correct uniform when working, and that any need for you to bring family to work with you is communicated with your supervisor. I continue to be impressed by the resilience you all have shown since the storm. The role that you have played in caring for our patients during this time is more meaningful and impactful on them and their families than you will ever know. I continue to pray for each of you and your families as we process the fear, loss, and magnitude of what happened in our community. Finally, thank you for helping us reach our 75% response rate for our Great Place to Work Survey while dealing with so many challenges and distractions.
