We are excited to share that we will be launching our PIE Program – Partners in Excellence in 2026.  This program is designed to recognize and reward the outstanding contributions of our partners across all segments of our business.

We anticipate announcing the details of the program criteria in early 2026 to ensure it reflects our current goals and objectives.

As we prepare for the launch of PIE in 2026, it is vital that we recognize the tremendous role you play in our success. To show our appreciation, we are pleased to announce a special, one-time bonus payment for 2025.

Partners hired on or before September 15, 2025, will receive this bonus, paid as “Misc Other Pay,” on the check to be received on December 15, 2025. Partners with the greatest longevity will be rewarded for that commitment to NHC.

Your contributions to NHC, our patients, and residents are invaluable. It is our hope that this special payment will be a blessing to you and your family during this holiday season.
