Announcements for Families: Here at NHC, we are gearing up to unleash our Candy Monster for some sweet donations for our 2nd annual community Trunk or Treat! Drop off your candy stash from September 2nd to October 14th in the front office. Keep an eye on the center information board and follow our Facebook page for all the spooky deets on the upcoming trunk or treat shenanigans! VOTING The deadline to register to vote in the forthcoming Presidential Election is October 7th. Should your loved one seek aid in the registration process, we encourage reaching out to the Activities Department for assistance.

NHC’s Game Day Kickoff Buffalo Chicken Dip

Get ready to cheer on your favorite team with NHC’s Game Day Kickoff Buffalo Chicken Dip! Quick to make and packed with flavor, it’s perfect for enjoying the game with family and friends.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and half of the shredded cheeses.
  3. Spread and Top: Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired, and serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
