MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – National HealthCare Corporation (NYSE American: NHC) announced today that Josh A. McCreary has been appointed as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective April 15, 2019.

McCreary is currently a partner at Hudson, Reed & McCreary, PLLC where he has practiced since 1998. He regularly counsels and represents businesses, governments, and individuals in a wide variety of transactional, compliance, and litigation matters.
