The Meadows is home to a post-acute 24-hour HealthCare Center located in the Bellevue community, providing care for both short-term and long-term patients. We see many individuals who need skilled nursing care and rehabilitation after a stroke, joint replacement surgery, a cardiac procedure or a serious illness.

We offer a full spectrum of resources to get you back on the road to health. Passionate and skilled team members provide personalized care with dignity and respect to our residents.
