Short Term or Home. Our residents and patients come to us for a variety of reasons. Many are short-term, having left a hospital needing skilled nursing and/or rehabilitative care to get them back home. Other residents have chosen us as their home with assisted living care, long term care, or memory care.

The NHC Place at Cool Springs campus is home to a 180-bed HealthCare Center, a 68-apartment Assisted Living community, and our 20-apartment Aspen Arbor Memory Care. Our campus has a restaurant-style dining rooms, landscaped courtyards and recreational amenities.
