Lakeshore Nashville Senior Communities are devoted to providing personalized senior living care to suit the varying needs of our residents at our Nashville campus – The Meadows In Bellevue.  We offer a variety of living arrangements and services that allow our residents to enjoy a fulfilling life as we strive to meet their needs.

Short Term or Home. Our residents and patients come to us for a variety of reasons. Many are short-term, having left a hospital needing skilled nursing and/or rehabilitative care to get them back home. Other residents have chosen us as their home with assisted living care, memory care or independent living.

Our Promise. We are dedicated to offering our residents and patients the independence they want with the support they need. In fact, all partners prepare for their workday by reciting one of our 20 promises each morning. Our vision is Caring in a Better Way day by day.

Our Heritage.  In 1952, Lakeshore Senior Communities opened its first senior care facility and began serving the needs of the Middle Tennessee area, made possible through the financial support of individuals and local congregations.  Today the Bellevue campus provides compassionate care and enriched living to those they serve.  Today, Lakeshore Nashville Senior Communities are managed by NHC.
