Short Term or Home.  Our residents and patients come to us for a variety of reasons.  Many are short-term, having left a hospital needing skilled nursing and/or rehabilitative care to get them back home.  Others have chosen us as their home with assisted living care or NHC HomeCare Services

NHC Dickson’s private and spacious campus is home to a post-acute Health Care Center and an Assisted Living Center.  Our campus has a beauty and barber shop, landscaped courtyards and recreational amenities like craft classes and musical performances.

Our Promise.  We are dedicated to offering our residents and patients the independence they want with the support they need.  In fact, all of NHC partners prepare for their work day by reciting one of our 20 promises each morning. We want to provide the best rehabilitative and clinical services based on the activity and care needs of each of our residents and patients.

Our Health Center provides 24-hour licensed nursing coverage for short-term and long-term patients.  Comprehensive rehabilitative services are available six to seven days a week including physical, occupational, speech, respiratory and medical nutritional therapies.  Patients are given daily assistance with personal living activities.

NHC Dickson Assisted Living is the solution for families with loved ones who no longer feel competent in their home environment.  The assisted living center provides a safe and secure community with a family atmosphere.  Nursing staff are available 24 hours a day.  Residents have access to emergency response necklaces.
