Kathryn Dillard

Executive Director

Kathryn has been part of the NHC HealthCare family since 2004, serving as both a Nursing Home Administrator and an Assisted Living Executive Director. She has been a valued member of The Palmettos of Mauldin team since its opening in 2010 and is deeply committed to the culture of exceptional, compassionate care that makes The Palmettos such a special place. Outside of work, Kathryn is a proud mother of three children and has two bonus children. When she’s not at The Palmettos, she enjoys experiencing live music and spending quality time relaxing with her husband and children. Kathryn’s dedication, leadership, and passion for creating a caring environment have made her an integral part of The Palmettos family for more than 15 years.
