Dear NHC Partners,

As many of you are aware, we have had a long-standing bonus program in place for many partners throughout the organization called PIE (Partner’s Incentive for Excellence).  It was paid based upon certain company benchmarks and goals as well as each location’s performance. We are currently in the process of updating the criteria for the program to best reflect our current goals and objectives for all segments of our business.

As we transition to a new plan, it is vital that we recognize the tremendous role you play in our success. We are pleased to announce a special, one-time bonus payment for 2023. This bonus will include partners who traditionally participated in PIE as well as many who did not. Partners hired on or before September 14, 2023, will receive a bonus, paid as “Misc Other Pay”, on the check to be received on December 19, 2023. Partners with the greatest longevity will be rewarded for that commitment to NHC.

Your contributions to NHC, its patients and residents are invaluable. It is our hope that this special payment will be a blessing to you and your family during this Christmas season.
