Today, we’re celebrating something sweet — you. At NHC, our 10 Commitments guide the way we support one another every day, and this month we’re especially proud to highlight Commitment #9: Appreciate and recognize our partners. 

We’re excited to introduce a new way to honor the dedication, compassion, and excellence you bring to our patients, families, and teams: the PIE – Partner’s Incentive for Excellence – Program. PIE is our way of saying “thank you” for the meaningful work you do and the difference you make across every department and service line.

Through PIE, partners can earn recognition — and a bonus at the end of the year — by contributing to the areas that matter most, including high‑quality care, customer satisfaction, training and compliance, partner retention, years of service, and lives touched each day. Full‑time partners can earn up to $400, part‑time partners up to $200, and PRN partners up to $100, with bonuses paid each December based on performance through September 30.
