Important Notice: New Bird Feeder Guidelines Effective October 1st

We are announcing new guidelines regarding bird feeders, effective October 1st. These changes, approved by our Resident Council, are designed to enhance our community’s enjoyment of birdwatching while ensuring safety and convenience for everyone.

The updated guidelines are as follows:
-Only center-supplied, rodent-resistant bird feeders will be permitted.
-Bird feeders will be available for purchase at the center for $20 each.
-To ensure fair enjoyment for all, only one feeder per room will be allowed.
-For safety and liability reasons, our team will be responsible for filling the bird feeders with seed. We kindly ask that families do not fill the feeders themselves.
-We request that family members remove any existing feeders by the end of October.

If you wish to have a bird feeder, please register at the front desk. All proceeds from the sale of the feeders will go to the Resident “”Flower Fund.”” This fund is used by the Resident Council to support a charity of their choice, spreading joy beyond our community.
Thank you for your understanding and support. Together, we can continue to enjoy the beauty of nature responsibly!
