Yes, scheduled transportation is available at our community.
Does The Villages of Jackson Creek Memory Care participate in the Medicaid Program?
No, The Villages of Jackson Creek Memory Care accepts private funds only. However, Veterans and surviving spouses may qualify for some financial assistance through the VA. To find out more call 1-877-222-8387 or visit www.va.gov/healtheligibility. We also accept Long Term Care Insurance for those who have coverage.
Does The Villages of Jackson Creek memory Care allow pets?
We do not allow pets to live with the residents, but we do encourage families to bring their family pets in for visits.
Can residents bring their own furniture to make them feel home-like?
Residents are encouraged to bring furniture and other items from home to make their apartment as home like as possible. We ask that the arrangement and amount of furniture be done so that there are no tripping hazards.
How often are the apartments cleaned?
Each apartment is thoroughly cleaned once a week. Trash and dirty towels are removed daily. Spot cleaning will be done as needed.
Is internet access available to the residents and families?
The Villages of Jackson Creek Memory Care has a wireless internet system that can be accessed throughout the community.
What utilities are provided?
All utilities are included in the monthly fees including cable and wireless internet.
Is there a level of care in which a resident would have to move to another Nursing Home?
No, The Villages of Jackson Creek Memory Care accepts all levels of dementia. Residents can age in place in our community from early stages of dementia though end of life.
