Memory Care Village focuses on:

• Care that is centered on the abilities, emotions, and cognitive capacities of the individual. This occurs through narrative or “I” written and implemented care plans and life history book development.
• Care that establishes a home-like environment rather than an institutional one. Our program utilizes innovative modalities such as aromatherapy, message therapy and sensory stimulation to help create regular moments of tranquillity and serenity every day.

At the Villages of Jackson Creek Memory Care, our program takes pride in honoring the whole person by providing a compassionate approach to dementia care. We understand that people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia “live in the moment.” While many cognitive abilities can diminish throughout the course of the disease, the individual spirit remains intact.
