At the Villages of Jackson Creek, we offer three different levels of services:

1. Villages Essential includes the following:
   • Apartment monthly rent
   • Nutritional three daily meals, meeting physician–ordered dietary requirements in restaurant–styled dining.
   • Medication management
   • Housekeeping once a week
   • Laundry once a week
   • Daily trash removal
   • All utilities (telephone service is available for an additional fee)
   • 2nd person fees vary based on service level chosen
   • Guest meals offered for an additional fee
2. Villages Plus includes the following:
   • Everything offered in the Villages Essential package
   • Assistance with dressing and daily hygiene, morning and evenings
   • Assistance with showers three times a week
3. Villages Complete includes the following:
   • Everything offered in the Villages Essential and Villages Plus package
   • Mobility and transfer assistance
   • Incontinence care
