Summer is really heating up and so is the fun of July as we have several things to celebrate this month! July is a month for celebrating as a nation and is chocked full of BBQ related holidays. We hope you all had a safe and fun Independence Day. We are so grateful and blessed to live in a nation where we may experience simple freedoms every day.
Our Life Enrichment Team strives to offer you some meaningful and fun activities and special events each month. July going to be a very busy month as our activity calendar is full with new and exciting activities and programs in each day of the week. Please follow your activity calendar closely and read the daily activity signs. Very important, Please remember that the STATE and COUNTY VOTING with the COUNTY ELECTION COMMISSION will take place on Tuesday, July 16th starting at 9:00am in the Soda Fountain Room and it will last till noon. July is a very hot month so we would love to remind all the sun-lover people to please exercise Heat precautions, drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated, and apply some sunscreen SPF 30. Wear a hat, and loose light clothes.
As always, we invite families and friends to join us in any activities including special events including out-trips! Please come and join us in some fun!! We are looking for more volunteers to join our NHC family. There is so much you can do to enrich the lives of our Residents.
