NHC’s Game Day Kickoff Buffalo Chicken Dip
Get ready to cheer on your favorite team with NHC’s Game Day Kickoff Buffalo Chicken Dip! Quick to make and packed with flavor, it’s perfect for enjoying the game with family and friends.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and half of the shredded cheeses.
- Spread and Top: Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired, and serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
